Before
Healthy, well-cared-for skin provides the best canvas for both the tattooing and healing process.
To achieve the best result, begin moisturizing the area you plan to have tattooed at least one week before your appointment.
If you have any scratches, moles, or scars, let me know in advance, as these may require special attention during the session.
On the day we meet
Avoid alcohol, drugs, or any blood-thinning substances (e.g medication) prior to your appointment. Make sure you're well-rested and have eaten properly. Tattoos take time to perfect—don't rush the process.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring extra time with you. Ink can sometimes get messy, so consider wearing something you don't mind getting stained.
Please bring any favorite accessories or clothes if you'd like to take a photo with your fresh tattoo afterwards.
After
For the next 4 weeks, avoid swimming, bathing, saunas, hot showers, sunbathing, tanning beds, and intense physical activities. Remember, alcohol and drugs can interfere with the healing process. Clean and moisturize your tattoo 2-3 times a day.
I recommend using products like Panthenol or specific tattoo balms, in very thin layers. Wash your tattoo gently with warm water and ph-neutral soap. Once it's fully healed, in around 15 days, protect it with a high SPF sunscreen (50+) and keep moisturizing to keep your tattoo looking vibrant.
Please note
Every skin is unique, and while we aim for perfection, there's always a small risk of blowouts or irregular healing. Please follow these instructions to help ensure the best possible outcome for your tattoo.
